Before you request to close your account, please ensure the following requirements are completed:
Your account balance is fully cleared (zero balance)
There are no open or pending trades
All available funds have been withdrawn, transferred out of the account, or donated to the charity account via the closure form
Log in to the Axi Trading Platform mobile app
Tap the profile/person icon in the top-left corner to open the main menu
Select Account Closure
A confirmation pop-up will appear — choose Accept to proceed or Cancel if you wish to keep your account open
Note: Account closure is only available via the mobile app. It is not supported on the web platform.
To request account closure, please submit a request through the Help Center:
Select Account Closure Request
Complete the required details
Indicate whether you are closing a single account, multiple accounts, or your entire profile
Withdraw all remaining funds
Unsubscribe from the Master Account
Contact your Account Manager to complete the closure process
Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened
Any negative balance will need to be cleared prior to processing the account closure request
If you wish to open a new Axi account after closure, a different email address will be required.
