If you're wondering which bonuses or promotions are available to you, you can check them in your Client Portal or Axi Mobile App.
Only the bonuses, promotions, or promo codes you are eligible for will be displayed. If nothing is shown, it means there are currently no active offers available for your account or you may not meet the eligibility criteria.
You can view your available promo codes and promotions in the Client Portal or Axi Mobile App under the Promo Code section.
Promotion availability is determined by your account type, region, and eligibility criteria.
Only eligible promotions will be shown in the Client Portal or Axi Mobile App under the Promo Code section.
Information about active promotions may also be sent directly via email or WhatsApp to eligible clients.
Some promotions, such as cashback or special campaigns, are not part of the self-service system and will not appear in the Client Portal/Axi Mobile App, as they are applied manually through a Promotion Landing Page and require separate participation steps.

Log in to the Client Portal
Navigate to Settings → Promo Code
View the Available Promo Codes section
Select a promo code to view its terms and conditions and eligibility requirements
Open the Axi Mobile App
From the side menu, tap Promo Code.
Select the trading account you want to apply the bonus to.
