Add a bank account to your Axi Client Portal profile to use for withdrawal requests.

Eligibility & Requirements

  1. Bank account must be in your name — third-party bank accounts are not accepted.

  2. Using a different account holder name will result in a rejected withdrawal.

  3. Confirm with your bank that the account can accept incoming wire transfers in your chosen currency before adding it.

  4. A SWIFT code is required for international wire transfers

  5. You will only see “Add Bank Account” option if you have previously deposited using a bank account.

Bank Account Details Required

Note: Specific requirements may vary depending on each bank.

International Bank Transfer:

  1. Nickname (optional) — helps you identify the account.

  2. Account Holder Name — must match your Axi registration exactly. Enter without spaces.

  3. Account Number — full account number.

  4. Swift Code — mandatory for all international wire transfers.

Local Bank Transfer:

  1. Nickname (optional).

  2. Account Holder Name — must match your Axi registration exactly.

  3. Bank Name — select preferred local bank.

  4. Account Number — full account number.

Bank verification: You will be prompted during the withdrawal process to provide bank details and upload your bank statement for automated verification.

Bank Statement Requirements

  1. Upload a clear bank statement: name matches Axi profile, includes bank account details and date, not older than 6 months.

  2. Accepted file types: JPEG, PNG, PDF, HEIC. Maximum file size: 6 MB.

  3. Bank statements are official documents — receipts are not accepted.

  4. Only the first page is required if it contains: bank name/logo, account name, account number/IBAN, Swift/BIC.

Steps to Complete

  1. Log in to the Axi mobile app.

  2. Tap the “Profile” icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. Select “My Accounts”, then tap “Withdraw

  4. Choose the trading account you want to withdraw funds from.
    Note: Ensure you select the correct account to avoid internal transfer delays.

  5. Enter the withdrawal amount in USD.
    Note: Exchange rates are system-generated and refresh every 10 minutes.

  6. Click “Add New Bank Account” and click “Continue

  7. Choose your Bank Account Country and Bank Account Currency and click “Continue”

  8. Fill in the bank account details such as Account Holder Name, Bank Name, Account Number, Swift Code if needed and click “Continue

  9. Upload a clear bank statement to verify your bank account.
    these criteria will be rejected.

  10. Your bank statement will be processed up to 24 hours.
    Note: Automated verification typically processed within a few minutes.
