There are two likely reasons why an order in your Allocation Account may not be closing.
Technical issue: A technical problem may be preventing the order from closing as expected. This requires investigation by the support team and cannot be resolved from your end.
Orders in your Axi Select trading account must be closed using the MetaTrader platform (MT4 or MT5) associated with that account. Orders cannot be closed through any other trading platform or interface.
If you have confirmed you are using the correct platform and the order is still not closing, contact our Client Services team with your account number, email, and details of the affected order (symbol, date, lot size) for investigation.
