Why did I receive less than the amount I withdrew?Find out why you may have received less than your withdrawal amount and what to do.

You may have received less than your withdrawal amount because a third-party bank or payment provider deducted their own fees. Axi does not charge withdrawal fees.

What you need to know:

  1. Axi does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals.

  2. International or intermediary banks involved in processing the transfer may apply their own fees. These charges are set by the banks and may be deducted before the funds reach your account.

  3. Your bank may classify the payment as a cash advance instead of a standard transaction, which can result in additional fees or interest charges.

  4. For cryptocurrency withdrawals, blockchain network fees (gas fees) apply and are paid by the client. These fees may be deducted from the withdrawal amount depending on the network and wallet used.

  5. To understand any fees your bank or provider may charge, contact them directly before your next withdrawal. Please refer to the article Are there any fees for withdrawing funds from Axi? for more information.

Important note: If you believe the deduction was an Axi error, contact Client Services with your Withdrawal ID, date, amount, and trading account number for investigation.
