Always select the same network your external crypto wallet uses for the specific coin. Selecting the wrong network or wrong address means your funds cannot be recovered.
You must select the exact network matching your external wallet for the specific coin. Example: sending USDT → select the correct network (ERC20, BEP20, or Polygon/Matic) that your wallet uses.
If you select the wrong network, your funds may not arrive. In some cases, funds sent to the wrong network can be permanently lost.
Always double-check both the coin AND the network before confirming any transaction.
Do not assume the network — verify it in your external wallet before selecting on the Axi platform.
If you send funds to the wrong crypto address or wrong network, Axi may not be able to retrieve the funds. This is the client's responsibility — always verify the address and network before confirming any transaction.
If you selected the correct network but your deposit has not appeared in your account within the expected timeframe, contact Client Services and provide your Transaction ID/Hash. This allows us to investigate whether the transfer was successfully sent and identify any issues.
Important Note: Sending funds to the wrong address or wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds. If your deposit has not arrived and you believe you used the correct network, do not re-send funds. Contact Client Services first and provide your Transaction ID/Hash so we can investigate.
