Axi aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24–48 hours of receipt. The time for funds to appear in your account after processing depends on the withdrawal method you used.

Withdrawal requests are processed daily including weekends. Some methods may require standard business-hour processing — in those cases, processing resumes the next business day.
Once your request is received, Axi aims to process it within 24–48 hours. After processing, the approximate arrival times are:
Global/International Bank Transfer: 2–5 business days
Cryptocurrency: instant once processed
Credit/Debit Card: instant once processed
Credit/Debit Card Refund: 5–7 business days (timeframe also depends on your bank)
E-wallet (PayPal, Skrill, Neteller): instant once processed
PIX (Brazil only): instant once processed
Local Money Transfer — Thailand: 2–5 business days
Local Money Transfer — Japan: 2–5 business days
Local Money Transfer — China: 2–5 business days
Local Money Transfer — India: 1–2 business days
Local Money Transfer — Malaysia: 1–2 business days
Local Money Transfer — Indonesia: 1–2 business days
Local Money Transfer — Vietnam: 1–2 business days
Local Money Transfer — South Korea: usually immediate; up to 1–2 business days if review required
Local Money Transfer — Colombia: 1–3 business days
Bitwallet (Japan only): instant once processed
Knet (Kuwait only): instant once processed
Gate To Pay: 1–2 business days
Apple Pay: 1–2 business days (may be near-instant once processed)
Google Pay: 1–2 business days (may be near-instant once processed)
Local Payment Agent: 1–3 business days
"Instant" payments may still take a few minutes to appear in your account after processing.
Public and bank holidays can delay receipt of payments beyond the timeframes above.
For bank transfers: payment confirmation can be provided 3–5 business days after the payment was processed and sent.
You can check the status of your withdrawal at any time via the Funding History section in your Axi Client Portal or Axi mobile app. If the status is not updating as expected or your payment has not arrived after the expected timeframe, contact Client Services with your Withdrawal ID reference, date of withdrawal, amount, and trading account number.
Important Note: The timeframes above start from when Axi processes your request — not from when you submitted it. Axi aims to process within 24–48 hours of receiving your request, but this may vary during bank holidays or high-volume periods.
