Withdraw funds using Local Money Transfer (India) via the Axi Client Portal to a verified Indian bank account.

Eligibility & Requirements

  1. Available to residents of India only.

  2. A verified Indian bank account in your name must be added before submitting a withdrawal request.

  3. Withdrawals cannot be processed while bank account verification is pending.

  4. Return to Source (RTS) applies: you must withdraw up to the original amount deposited via Local Money Transfer.

  5. Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn using any other available withdrawal methods shown in the Client Portal once RTS is consumed.

  6. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — displayed in the Client Portal. If your request is outside these limits, an error message will appear.

Bank Account Requirements

  1. Account Holder Name must match your Axi account name exactly.

  2. Account Number: numbers only, no spaces.

  3. IFSC code must be correct and valid — incorrect codes cannot be validated.

  4. Bank statement or passbook required: must show your name, account number, and a date within the last 6 months.

  5. A bank statement must be an official document issued by your bank or downloaded via online banking. Receipts are not accepted.

  6. Accepted bank statement file types: JPEG, PNG, PDF, HEIC. Maximum file size: 6 MB.

Steps to Complete Withdrawal

  1. Log in to the Axi Client Portal.

  2. Go to Funds and select Withdraw from the top menu.

  3. Choose your trading account.

    Note: Select the correct account to avoid internal transfer delays.

  4. Enter the withdrawal amount in the Money Transfer (INR) field and click Continue.

  5. Select your verified bank account, or add a new one via Funds → Manage → Bank Account → Add, then enter your details and upload your bank statement for review.

  6. Review all details and click Request Withdrawal.

Processing Time

1–2 business days for Axi to process your withdrawal request (excluding payment provider processing time).

Important Notes

  1. Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.

  2. If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.
