MAM account withdrawals (both Investor and Master accounts) are processed through the Axi Client Portal using the same process as standard withdrawals.

What you need to know:

1. Log in to the Axi Client Portal — not the IB Portal — to process MAM withdrawals.

2. All rebate withdrawal requests must be processed via the Axi Client Portal.

3. MAM Investor account withdrawals follow the same process as standard withdrawals.

4. MAM Master account withdrawals follow the same process as standard withdrawals.

5. All withdrawals are subject to the same standard withdrawal conditions.

6. Withdrawals are subject to the Return to Source (RTS) policy due to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

Steps to Withdraw from a MAM Account

1. Log in to the Axi Client Portal.

2. Navigate to the Withdraw Funds section.

3. Select your preferred withdrawal method.

4. Choose the MAM account (Investor or Master) from which you wish to withdraw.

5. Follow the standard withdrawal process for your chosen method.
