Withdraw funds using Skrill via the Axi Client Portal to your registered Skrill e-wallet.

Eligibility & Requirements

  1. To withdraw via Skrill, you must first make a successful deposit using the same Skrill email address.

  2. RTS applies: you must withdraw up to the original amount deposited via the same payment method (Skrill).

  3. Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn using any other available withdrawal methods shown in the Client Portal once RTS is consumed.

  4. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — displayed in the Client Portal. If your request is outside these limits, an error message will appear.

Steps to Complete Withdrawal

  1. Log in to the Axi Client Portal.

  2. Go to Funds and select Withdraw from the top menu.

  3. Choose your trading account. Ensure correct account selection.

  4. Enter the withdrawal amount in the Skrill field and select your preferred currency.

  5. Click Continue.

  6. Select the Skrill e-wallet (identified by email). Only the email used for your deposit will appear.

  7. Review details and click Request Withdrawal.

Processing Time

  1. Typically, 1–2 business days for Axi to process your withdrawal request (excluding payment provider processing time).

  2. Skrill withdrawals may be processed quickly once approved, depending on the provider.

Important Notes

  1. Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.

  2. If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned, and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.
