Important! This method is only available to residents of Japan.

Follow the steps below to deposit funds into your trading account using Bitwallet:

• Log in to the Axi Client Portal.
• Navigate to the “Funds” section on the left-hand menu.
• Choose the “Deposit” option from the top menu.
• Select the trading account you want to fund by clicking “Add Funds”.

IMPORTANT: If you have multiple MT4/MT5 accounts, make sure you choose the correct account number. If you deposit into the wrong account and an additional internal transfer is required, there may be a delay in processing your request.

• Select “Bitwallet” as your deposit method.

• Enter the amount you would like to deposit. 

Note: Please ensure you meet the minimum deposit requirements for Bitwallet. Depositing an amount lower than the minimum will prevent you from completing the transaction. 

• After confirming the amount, review your deposit details carefully and click “Make Deposit” to proceed to the Bitwallet portal. 

• You will then be taken to Bitwallet’s payment portal. Check the payment information, click “Users who have an account with Bitwallet”, log in, and complete your deposit.

• If you don’t have a Bitwallet account, you can create one directly in the portal by following the steps below:
  • Click “Sign Up” and select your country of residence and enter your email address.
  • Choose your preferred account type, then click “Continue”.
  • Complete the verification process, then click “Proceed to Authentication”.
  • Enter the 4-digit code sent to your registered email address.
  • Provide the following personal details:
    • First and Last name
    • Gender
    • Date of birth
    • Nationality
    • Residential Address
    • Phone Number
  • Set up your security question and select your communication preferences, then click “Next”.
  • Confirm the purpose of your account usage, then click “Next”.
  • Read and agree to the Terms and Condition, then click “Confirm your entry”.
  • Review all the details you’ve entered and click “Complete Registration”.
• Once you have successfully created your Bitwallet account, carefully review the deposit details, then click the “Make a Settlement” button to proceed. 

IMPORTANT: The agent payment fee is fully covered by Axi — you will not be charged for it.

• Once the deposit is complete, click “Return to Merchant” to go back to the Axi Client Portal. You will now see the deposit reflected in your MT4/MT5 account.
