Yes. Switching from MT4 to MT5 (or vice versa) is possible, but your existing account must be closed first, and your progress and Edge Score will be reset.
You cannot hold both an MT4 and MT5 Axi Select account simultaneously — you must close your existing account before opening a new one on the other platform.
Switching platforms will result in the permanent loss of your current progress and Edge Score, regardless of your stage in the program.
After switching, you will need to restart from the Seed stage.
Any profit share earned before switching platforms is forfeited if the switch occurs mid-month. Profit share is retained when the platform change happens after Performance Fees have been paid and before the first trade of the new month is opened.
Transfer any funds from your MT4 Axi Select account to a regular trading account via the "Transfers" tab in the Client Portal.
Request closure of your existing MT4/MT5 Axi Select account by contacting Client Services.
Apply for a new MT5/MT4 Axi Select account through the Client Portal.
Important Note: Switching between platforms (MT4 ↔ MT5) results in the permanent loss of your current progress and Edge Score regardless of your stage. This action cannot be undone.
