QR code scanning failures are usually related to wallet app compatibility. Deposits can also be completed using the wallet address displayed on the Axi deposit page.

What you need to know:

1. Some wallet apps process QR codes differently, which may result in scanning failures.

2. If scanning fails, the QR code may be re-scanned.

3. If scanning continues to fail, the deposit wallet address can be copied from the Axi deposit page and entered into the external wallet application.

4. When entering a wallet address manually, copying and pasting ensures the address matches exactly. Incorrect characters may result in permanent loss of funds.

5. If the QR code does not load (e.g. blank or error), contact Client Services.

6. If the wallet application cannot read the QR code, this may be related to device or application permission settings.

Important note: Manual entry of the wallet address using copy and paste provides the same address details as the QR code when completed correctly.
