You may be able to switch between Standard, Pro, and Premium trading account types depending on your account eligibility, region, and available options.
The account types available to you are shown in the Client Portal.
Your existing trading account can only be converted if the new account type is available under the same server as your current account.
If your requested account type is available under the same server, contact Customer Support to request an account type conversion. Our team will review your eligibility and process the change where available.
Account type conversions may be available between Standard, Pro, and Premium accounts.
If the account type you want is not available under the same server, your existing account cannot be converted.
Instead, you can open an additional trading account with your preferred account type (if available). Your existing account will remain active.
To open an additional trading account:
Log in to the Client Portal.
Select Add New Account.
Choose an available account type.
Complete the account setup process.
The Client Portal only displays account types available for your profile.
If Pro or Premium is not shown, that account type is not currently available to you.
Account type availability depends on your region, eligibility, and account setup.
Different account types may have different requirements.
Premium accounts are available only in selected regions and may require a minimum deposit.
If your account is linked to an Introducing Broker, any new account will inherit that relationship.
If your account is linked to a Partner, confirm that the requested account type is supported before opening a new account.
If you are eligible for a conversion, Customer Support can assist with changing your existing account type.
