Withdraw funds using Skrill via the Axi mobile app to your registered Skrill e-wallet.

Eligibility & Requirements

  1. To withdraw via Skrill, you must first make a successful deposit using the same Skrill email address.

  2. RTS applies: you must withdraw up to the original amount deposited via the same payment method (Skrill).

  3. Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn using any other available withdrawal methods shown in the app once RTS is consumed.

  4. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — displayed in the app. If your request is outside these limits, an error message will appear.

  5. Ensure you are logged into your Live account, not a Demo account.

Steps to Complete Withdrawal

  1. Open the Axi mobile app and log in to your Live account.

  2. Tap the Person icon in the top-left corner.

  3. Select My Accounts, then tap Withdraw.

  4. Choose the trading account you want to withdraw from.

Note: Ensure you select the correct account to avoid internal transfer delays.

  5. Enter the withdrawal amount in the Skrill field and tap Continue

  6. Select the Skrill e-wallet (identified by email). Only the email used for your deposit will appear.

  7. Review details and tap Request Withdrawal.

Processing Time

  1. Typically, 1–2 business days for Axi to process your withdrawal request (excluding payment provider processing time).

  2. Skrill withdrawals may be processed quickly once approved, depending on the provider.

Important Notes

  1. Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.

  2. If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned, and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.
