1. Standard withdrawals at Axi are free — no Axi withdrawal fees regardless of amount or method.

2. Bank charges: Some international or intermediary banks involved in processing your withdrawal may apply their own fees. These charges are set by the banks and may be deducted before the funds reach your account. Check with your bank before withdrawing.

3. Cash advance: Some banks may classify a payment to Axi as a cash advance instead of a standard transaction. This may result in additional fees or interest charges. Verify with your bank in advance.

4. Cryptocurrency withdrawals: a minimum withdrawal amount of USD 30 applies due to blockchain network transaction fees required to process the transaction.

5. All crypto network and gas fees are paid by the client and are not controlled by Axi.

6. The crypto fee depends on the blockchain network selected and your external crypto wallet settings, which may affect both cost and processing speed.
