Withdraw funds using Local Money Transfer (Thailand) via the Axi Client Portal to a verified Thai bank account.
Available to residents of China only.
A verified Chinese bank account in your name is required before submitting a withdrawal request.
RTS applies: you must withdraw up to the original amount deposited via the same payment method (Local Money Transfer)
Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn using any other available withdrawal methods shown in the Client Portal once RTS is consumed.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — displayed in the Client Portal. If your request is outside these limits, an error message will appear.
Account Number: Enter the account number exactly as provided by your bank
Bank Name: select from the dropdown.
Bank Branch Name and/or Bank Branch Code: enter exactly as shown in the official directory.
Bank statement or passbook required: name, account number, date within the last 6 months.
Name on statement must match your Axi profile exactly.
Bank statements are official documents — receipts are not accepted.
Accepted file types: JPEG, PNG, PDF, HEIC. Maximum file size: 6 MB.
Only the first page is required if it contains: bank name/logo, account name, account number/IBAN, and Swift/BIC.
Withdrawals cannot be processed while bank verification is pending.
Bank verification is automated and typically completed within a few minutes, depending on validation.
Log in to the Axi Client Portal.
First time: go to Manage → Add, enter your bank details, upload your bank statement, and submit for review. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours, depending on the validation process.
Go to Funds and select Withdraw from the top menu.
Choose your trading account.
Enter the withdrawal amount in the Money Transfer (THB) field and select your preferred currency. Your amount will be checked against the allowed RTS limits. Minimum: 100 THB.
Select a verified bank account (auto-selected if only one registered).
Review details and click Request Withdrawal.
Typically, 1–2 business days for Axi to process your withdrawal request (excluding payment provider processing time).
Once processed, funds are typically received within 2–5 business days, depending on your bank.
Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.
If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned, and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.
