How to deposit via Neteller — Client Portal

You can deposit funds using Neteller by logging in to the Axi Client Portal and completing the payment through the Neteller portal.

Eligibility & Requirements

1. Neteller account must be registered in your name — third-party deposits will be returned.

2. Minimum deposit: USD 5.

3. Available in countries where Neteller is supported. If Neteller does not appear, it is not available in your country.

Steps to Complete

1. Log in to the Axi Client Portal.

2. Navigate to "Funds" and select "Deposit."

3. Click "Add Funds" on the trading account you wish to fund.
   Note: Verify the account number. Depositing into the wrong account may cause a delay.

4. Select "Neteller" as your preferred funding method.

5. Enter the amount. Minimum: USD 5.

6. Review all details and click "Make Deposit."

7. You will be redirected to the Neteller portal. Log in and complete the deposit.
   Note: If you do not have a Neteller account, you can create one directly within the Neteller portal.

8. Click "Pay Now" You will receive a notification confirming successful payment.

9. Click "Return to Merchant" to return to the Axi Client Portal.

Receiving Time

Instant. Funds are credited within minutes of successful payment.

Important Notes

• The Neteller account used for your deposit will be saved as a withdrawal option.

• Withdrawals must be returned to the same Neteller email (Return to Source policy).
